FAQs

What is the refund policy for classes?
Woodlawn does not offer refunds for classes at this time. Please ensure the session and dates work for your schedule.

What if I have to miss a class in my series?
Woodlawn is unable to offer makeup class time if a student must miss a class. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What is the facility accessibility?
Woodlawn Pottery Studio has two floors, with the washroom, glaze kitchen, and kilns located downstairs via a stairwell. We do not have an elevator or lift. The washroom is a single stall toilet and sink, and not wheelchair accessible. We apologies for the lack of accessibility in our space and work to be inclusive for all bodies.

Who can apply for a membership?
Membership at Woodlawn is suitable for experienced potters who can work independently and are willing to participate cooperatively in studio operations. For more information about a studio membership, please see our Membership page.

Can I fire my work at Woodlawn if I'm not a member?
Woodlawn only fires work from current studio members, and current students.

For a local firing service, we recommend checking out www.kilnshare.com.

Do you offer private/corporate events?
While Woodlawn does not regularly offer private events, please email us at [email protected] to inquire.
